A Cold Day in Prague

Greetings from Prague! I have to tell you that I’ve rarely been colder, but I’m enjoying this beautiful and picturesque city. After a nice breakfast at my hotel, I set out to get in a museum this morning: The Czech Cubism Museum.

After a hearty pub lunch with Jesse (by the way, it’s Jesse’s birthday) and Tim, we headed over to Prague Castle. It took a combination of subway, walking and tram to get there just to find out they close at 4 p.m. this time of year. I still managed to get some nice pics though. We then took a tram back into town and walked across the very popular Charles Bridge, a gorgeous stone bridge across the Vltava river with excellent views of Prague Castle and lined with statues.

Tomorrow: more museums and maybe a Christmas concert!
